I created my commercial bldg model in wizard mode with auto sized HVAC.
I want to change the efficiencies of equipment to check the performance.
In detailed mode, when I go to airside hvac , it does not allow me to enter
EIR values. It says n/a
does anyone know how to change this?

Since you are using a standard VAV with central chillers, the EIRs are
on the water side for the primary eq.
If you were to change the air-side to a packaged system though, your EIR
tabs should become available on the air side too.
