On receiving some reponses, just wanna add some clarifications to my
previous ad:

The reason why we are looking for someone based in England is that we need
to meet in person before setting up our group. All projects will be
international and we will work mostly on our own. But once in a while, we
need to discuss face-to-face.

I am looking for contact details of eQUEST users currently living in England
to set up a freelance group from 2-3 people.
We have foreseen a secured number of LEED and Estimada energy modelling
projects.

Requirements:
- Holding a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services,
preferably from the US.
- Having at least 3 years working with eQUEST or other DOE-based program.
- Having experience in several LEED energy modelling projects, including
submittal template completion.
