submeters/meters

hopefully this is a "simple" question. i have a model created w/the
ddwizard that i've saved to a new file to edit in detailed mode,
specifically for adding electrical submeters.

when saving the file & switching to detailed mode w/the default
electrical meter EM1 the simulation seesm to report energy use as expected.

when i add a building meter, and assign submeters for each tenant space,
everything seems to work fine in terms of reporting electrical usage for
the energy uses such as lighting, task lighting, pumps, fans, etc . . .
but do not report energy usage for cooling or heating outside of the
month of january.

has anyone seen this before? i have thought it might be scheduling
related, but the ddwizard has cooling/heating assigned to schedules &
this also seems to be present in the detailed mode, and does not explain
why results are reported in the wizard file and the single electrical
meter detailed file, but not once additional submeters are added.
sample info below. i can send the .inp file if someone's interested but
i'm hoping there's just something obvious i'm missing that someone will
have seen.

Hey guys,

I am trying to model a 3 deck multi-zone system and eQuest seems to have
some problems simulating this system type. We are required to model a
constant volume 3 deck system because of our building use type.

Has anybody run into issues with modeling 3 deck multi-zone?

Also, I gave up fine tuning the system and am now exploring different
systems to simulate a 3 deck multi-zone.

I am considering packaged single zone with constant volume and believe
would be an equivalent to a 3 deck multi-zone constant volume to
simulate in eQuest.

Any thoughts and/or any help to simulate a 3-deck multi-zone would be
greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
