Combined Heat and Power for LEED

Hi,

Can anyone shed some insight on what type of service hot water heated is
appropriate for the baseline Step 1 model where the proposed design has an
indirect hot water heater heated by a steam loop?

Does anyone have information or a spreadsheet that shows cost justification
for solar water heating?
