Dear all,
While trying to analyze the energy performance of an existing building that
does not have sub metering for different end uses, is there an accepted way
of evaluating the effect of various energy efficiency measures via an energy
model? (so as to recommend those EEMs that have a greater impact).

You would simply run the model with the EEM in place and then run another
model without the EEM.
