LEED and outdoor air rates

My proposed building is a long term care facility with a 100% OA unit serving the patient rooms.? The generated baseline LEED model does not reflect this above average OA requirement.? For the purposes of LEED Canada, would the approach be to increase the OA flow rates for each space equal to the proposed design?? It would seem to me both cases should be modelled the same in this respect.? Thanks.

Brad,

Does LEED Canada require ASHRAE 90.1, Appendix G for modeling? Appendix
G requires that, "Mininum outdoor air ventilation rates shall be the
same for the proposed and baseline building designs." I manually enter
the OA flow rates in all zones, keeping them identical between the
proposed and baseline cases, to meet this requirement.

Bill
