Hi All,
I ran into this issue recently and was hoping someone could help me out ?
I inherited a model and needed to go back to the Wizard mode to make some
system changes, but the ?Wizard Data Edit? under Mode is greyed out
(screenshot below), for some reason. Does anyone know how to go around this
and access the Wizard mode? Thank you in advance!

You should make a copy of the run first. You are in the Detail Edit mode, and will lose any edits made past the Wizard mode. This can include schedule changes. But now I believe you can go to Mode (do not have eQuest in front of me). You will get a warning that you will lose all your edits. But this is a copy, so proceed to switch back to DD Wizard.

Thanks for your reply John, I understand I will be losing all edits (that's
fine), but under Mode the Wizard option is greyed out (see screenshot
below) and I'm not sure why.

Hi Tianyao,
My guess is that the original model was not created using one of the Wizards. Were you provided a pd2 file for the model you inherited?

Zhang,
Typically when the eQUEST file is generated from an *.inp file, the wizard
edit is grayed out. You can get creative with the text files by starting a
new wizard file and recreating it with text edits. I have tried that a long
time ago and dont remember the issues I faced or if I was even successful.
I think it might be easier to redraw and copy paste from an inp file.

Thanks Bill, Ramya, and Brian for your input! Yep I think the model was
probably not created through the wizard originally, I was provided with
both the pd2 and inp files but it looks like the pd2 file did not store any
wizard data. I guess I'm out of luck trying to do it the easy way, so I
might just redraw the whole thing and edit in a text file. Thanks all!
