Does anyone happen to have the "BEST Winery" software tool?

I'm looking at a project that includes a new winery. When researching
winery energy use and savings measures, I came across a Guidebook for a tool
called "BEST Winery" produced by LBNL in 2005. It is an Excel based tool
that allows you to evaluate energy savings measures which sounds like a
great starting point. I contacted LBNL and they have transferred it over to
PG&E - it is not on their website but I'll try and track it down from them.
It seems as though they have a new program (WIES) but that website is shut
down.
