Running into newer, bigger issues

Still having issues with 3.65 build 7163 generating an SV-A report on a Windows 10 machine. Regular or Windows 7 compatibility mode.

Now, new, sporadic but reoccurring issue when installing 3.65 build 7173. First time starting eQuest getting this error:

This leaves me in a hard spot. I?m either repeatedly reinstalling eQuest, alternative between b7163 and b7173, just to find the one that works that day?or working via an RDC connection on a different machine; which is a crummy and unsustainable solution.

Any ideas are welcome, because this is drastically impacting workflow.
