window wall vs. curtain wall

Dear all,

What U-value would you use for window wall in ASHRAE baseline? 0.45 as prescribed for curtain wall or 0.55 as prescribed for operable windows, fixed windows, and non entrance doors. This window wall consists of fixed windows, operable windows and spandrel glass.
