Has anyone ever had success retrieving waste heat from a gas generator
in eQuest? V3.64 makes it fairly simple to set up - define a gas
generator, and create a heat recovery hot water loop that receives heat
from the flue gases.

However, I connected this to an absorption chiller, and it gave me an
error that there was no heating equipment attached to the loop. Even if
I forced the gas generator to run 8760 hrs a year, still had the same
result. I put in a 0.001 MBH gas-fired boiler connected to the loop,
but there is still basically no flow and no heat recovery occurring into
the heat recovery hot water loop from the generators.

Don't really know what I'm doing wrong. Has anyone had luck? Would
love to send the files to the group, but I can't.
