Unconditioned Spaces & Plenums causing errors in LEED Analysis Module in version 3.64

Trying the eQuest version 3.64, LEED baseline design generator, I get an
error message telling me "Assign zone to baseline floor system CRule:()
error posting symbolic (value 5.18473e-296) result to BDL" if I use any
model that has a plenum or unconditioned space. The baseline building will
fail to generate and I cannot perform the LEED analysis. Must all the zones
be conditioned for the generator to operate correctly? (If I turn my
plenums or unconditioned spaces to conditioned spaces, it all works out
well.)

Has anyone else noticed that under the spreadsheet tabs in equest 3.64 you can no longer drag and highlight multiple column entries at once and copy. You can still highlight a single entry and hit control C, but this would take an eternity to copy an entire column into another program such as excel for calculation purposes.

Yes, I met the same problem. Is there anyway to solve this problem?

I see what you are saying, and that is really too bad. I did find a small
workaround. If you first select a cell that has a drop-down-menu, you can then
select multiple cells to be copied.

For example, if you select one of your spaces, and go to "Internal Loads", you
can then view in spreadsheet mode. Starting at the The
Conditioned/Unconditioned drop-down menu, you can click, hold, and drag to
select multiple entries.

You can also hold down shift and then arrow down and over the cells you want to highlight and copy. (First make sure the box is selected with a border and not the text within a box).
