space has no ZONE - one is required

All,

On the baseline model for a project, I continue to get the following
error despite several attempts to remedy: SPACE E13 NNW Perim Spc
(M.NNW51) has no ZONE - one is required.

My attempts to fix it have included:

* trying to locate a ZONE definition within the program -
unsuccessful
* directly editing the BDL file by pasting a missing section from
the Proposed BDL file - didn't work; errored out anyway (see below)
* deleting the error at the end of the BDL file - didn't work;
errored out anyway

I've included the text below from the Designed (proposed) BDL file. I
believe the bolded text is what is missing from the Baseline BDL file.

The text below is from the Baseline BDL file indicating where I think
the missing text would go.

James,

You'll need to edit the .inp file instead of the .bdl file. The .bdl file
is generated from the .inp & .pd2 files, and changes made to it will be
discarded every time you save the project.

You'll need to create a new zone and reference the space in question either
from the .inp file or the equest interface.
