A small love letter to our doe2/eQuest developers

As someone who regularly has to deal with buildings "at-altitude," I am very happy with this added documentation/flexibility, and wanted to convey that. I also appreciate (and personally agree with) the nuance expressed for handling exhaust airflow inputs for facilities 'at-altitude.'

I might however caution that the interpretation to lock all exhaust airflow requirements to being volumetric in nature and not a requirement of "air mass movement" *could be* problematic in select scenarios involving the monitoring and control of specific particulates/gasses (i.e. DCV, lab air sampling...), again for projects "at-altitude." I'm not anyone's AHJ of course, but if you're ever designing a laboratory/hospital on a mountain, I am suggesting to give this due consideration.
