Hello, when performing my simulation I receive the following warnings.
Anyone have experience with these and know why they might be showing up or
how to fix them?

be the mid-point of the HEAT-TEMP-SCH and COOL-TEMP-

SCH and the throttling range will span the setpoints

fraction of 0.09

MAX-OA-FRACTION has been reset to 0.09 in HVAC-1
Lobby

**WARNING**********************************************************************

A HEATING-CAPACITY of -55500. is inconsistent with a

COOLING-CAPACITY of 47800. in SYSTEM HVAC-1
Lobby

**WARNING**********************************************************************

SYSTEM HVAC-4 Spin Rm may have inadequate
cooling capability

Check COOLING-CAPACITY and MIN-SUPPLY-T for consistency

**WARNING**********************************************************************

A HEATING-CAPACITY of -18900. is inconsistent with a

COOLING-CAPACITY of 26300. in SYSTEM HVAC-4 Spin Rm
