Hi,

I am having trouble sizing my secondary chilled water loop in eQuest. I
would like to size the loop based on the capacity of the installed plant
equipment, and I have set SIZING-OPTION = PRIMARY. The secondary loop
appears to be sized based on air handler cooling coil capacity, which is
tied to zone CFM levels. If I double fan supply flow, the loop capacity
doubles.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Does anyone have a solution?
