I cannot make the DOE21E run on a 64-bit computer? I have tried all the suggestions sent to me.
How would you convert NCDC weather data to .bin files for use with eQUEST? The weather processors (PKAFT, STAT, MKAFT) do not come with eQUEST.
Does VisualDOE, EnergyPro, etc., run on 64-bit? If they don't, will USDOE pay compensation to all those who invested in interfaces to DOE21E?
Is there statistical usage data on the programs being used for energy code compliance and LEED certification in the US? Which one is used the most?

It would seem you are still trying to run it from the windows 7 run/cmd.
The only way to get it to Doe21e to work is to run it from virtual PC --->
virtual-pc/ and install the
go here www.microsoft.com/windows/
virtual PC and XP mode programs
I know this works because DOE21e is used in the EE4 program here in Canada.
As you can see here, the program loaded and ran, but returned an IO-21 error
because I didn't give it an input file to run -
