Resolving equest error messages

1 post / 0 new

Hi team - I'm getting the following error messages for my multi-family midrise (see attached attn review report):
For my residential areas: "System has unused exhaust cfm specified. This has been converted to outside air."
For my other areas: "Min OA without using assigned cfm to raise total zone flow."

I'm guessing this has something to do with incorrectly modeling exhaust? The residential areas only have toilet exhaust, which I've entered as exhaust cfm in the zone group DD screen. The other areas have dedicated return to rooftop units or exhausts, which I've also entered as exhaust in the zone group DD screen.

I'm also getting errors for "heating capacity is inconsistent with cooling capacity," but I've entered in the capacities from the design documents. (Residential areas have PTHP and other areas have AC or RTUs with EUH.) Attached are the INP and PD2 files.

Any suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

Regards,
Ilana
