Query for DesignBuilder

Hi,

I have checked the inputs and schedule for each IDF file. It is literally
the same model with just the U-value for external walls edited. Could the
heat gain through the walls effect the electricity consumption for lighting
and equipment in any way (since that is the only thing changing because of
a different u value)?

Let's nail down this problem to E+ because DesignBuilder gives you just an
interface to translate everything to E+ language. Would you mind sharing
your IDFs?

Javed's suggestion is a good one - remove a layer.

Apart from some possible DB - E+ translation problem, I do not think the
lighting or equipment loads are affected at all by envelope construction.
