I have the type of building (ie warehouse), the square foot and electric and
gas bills for one year. Can I do an energy efficient comparison to other
buildings of a similar type in eQuest? If not, is there another program or
website where I can get the information from?

I suggest using Energy Star's Portfolio Manager to develop a building
performance score (0-100) relative to other similar facilities that are
already in the database.
