Postdoctoral Fellow at Harvard Center for Green Buildings and Cities

*Description*

The Harvard Center for Green Buildings and Cities is seeking a postdoctoral
fellow with expertise in building data analysis. The postdoctoral fellow
will conduct advanced research on data analysis and energy benchmarking for
buildings. In particular, the postdoctoral fellow will work on projects to
collect worldwide building energy data, develop databases, and conduct
research on benchmarking systems. The postdoctoral fellow might also
collaborate with other researchers to expand projects related to building
simulation and HVAC system fault detection. In addition, the successful
candidate will help with the research proposals to attract funded projects.

*Qualification*

- Applicants must possess a PhD degree in Architectural
Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Computer Science or any related field.

- Experience in analyzing and interpreting building energy data is required.
- Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with database and data
analytical software, are preferred.

- Experience with building simulation and knowledge of HVAC systems is a
plus.
