Hi all,

Anyone has any idea why does the percent of hours outside of throttling
range (BEPS/BEPU report) increase from 3.3 to 5.6 (baseline vs.
parametric run) when the parametric includes cutting running hours by 11
hours/day (from 24 hr/day), night setback, boiler lock out, and hot deck
reset? Night setback and boiler lock out doesn't really save anything.
Hot deck reset may be a little bit. I suspect it's related to hours of
operation cutback.
