Negative Net Wall Area Error

I didn't have a problem till I added windows to my building, then all of
the sudden I am losing random walls throughout the building. I've tried
re-designing the building and the same thing happened again. How do I
get past it?

Error says: Wall defined on . . . has a net negative wall
area.

I haven't added more window than wall, and some of the walls that have
"disappeared" didn't even have windows.

Jason,

did you check if you have a frame width defined?

Thank you, that worked!

Now, some of the areas I have are atrium, multi-level spaces that rise
above the roof. In some of these the wall that rises above the roof
next to it doesn't show up and I can see right through the model there.
Is that just a graphical view problem too, or do I need to do something
to get it to define a wall there?
