modelling VAV and Chilled Beams on eQuest

Hi all,

I'm new to eQuest and have been given the task of modeling a 40-storey
building. It's quiet complex in shape and has VAV and Chilled Beam
systems.

Just wanted to know if eQuest is capable of modeling such buildings. Can
anyone advise please.
