For baseline building model what should be the minimum design airflow &
VAV minimum flows for core and perimeter as per 90.1-2004 STD to be put in
the following screen.

The design flow is calculated using 20 F, so you could leave the Min
design flow box empty if that is allowed. App g asks for 40% setting on
the min flow - not sure if this number is same in the ECB method.
