Dear all,
I have 248 warning messages and most of them are due to the position of
windows. I honestly do not want to correct every single window!
Will the LEED reviewers comment on this? My model is running perfectly
with reasonable numbers (I have 0 errors).
Many thanks!

Having 248 warning messages is not good. You will have to explain them to
the LEED reviewer, which I doubt you can do. You'll have to send us the .inp
and .pd2 files for us to be able to figure out what's going on.

Omar,
As long as your window dimensions and floor to floor/floor to ceiling heights are correct, AND you document the warnings in a comments section, LEED reviewers should be OK with it, though it could depend on the warning. What does it say exactly?

On some models, I have had quite a few warning messages, such as "space XX
might have insufficient heating capacity" where the space in question was
modeled with the design heating equipment and showed no unmet hours. For
warnings like this, I usually include a little explanation in the LEED
documentation stating "XX warnings are of the form: 'space may have
insufficient heating capacity' As the space shows no unmet load hours, we
feel that this is ok..."
But, if your windows aren't on the correct wall, this could be a problem.
Look at the warnings though, it could be that your glass and frame area is
larger than the actual wall area, so the issue may not be position, but
size.
