Mechanical/Architectural/Energy Engineer and/or Energy Modeler with 2+ years of experience with commercial and residential building simulation tools

Strong knowledge of DOE-2 based programs: eQUEST, EnergyPro, EnergyPlus
Excellent abilities with MS Excel
Good understanding of Building Management Systems

Comfortable with high?volume, quick?turnaround deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

BS degree (or working towards) in Mechanical Engineering, Building Sciences or Architecture

Experience with HVAC systems, TRANE TRACE and/or HVAC controls

Familiarity with Visual Basic
Experience with other programming languages

Experience with daylight modeling
Familiarity with USGBC LEED Rating System
Environmentally minded with an understanding of energy and climate change issues
