LEED Light pollution credit SS8 query

Dear All,

This query is regarding Light pollution analysis for LEED Sustainable Sites
Cr 8. I have modeled exterior lighting arrangement of the building with
DIALuxR and have some doubts in the third requirement of exterior light
pollution i.e. light trespassing.

As per the reference guide, in order to measure the illumination at site
boundary and 15 ft beyond that, a calculation grid should be placed with
maximum spacing of 10'X10'.

My query is - For measuring vertical and horizontal illumination level at
boundary, does it mean to place illumination sensor spaced at max 10 ft
distance? And, should all of them be at human eye level?

Any input will be appreciated.

Thanks & Regards,
