LEED energy modeling for projects with Atomizing Humidification

Energy modelers,
How have LEED modelers been setting up their baseline when a design has atomizing humidification? Has anyone been successful modeling electric steam humidification in a LEED baseline energy model for this scenario? The argument for this would be that the fuels are consistent in both models.

Thank you!

I recently did this on a project. The GBCI requires the savings to be claimed as an exceptional calculation. You must provide 3 projects built within 5 years of the project registration using steam humidification to substantiate it as the baseline.
