The open position is for a non-tenure track Research Associate Professor of Architecture in Building Simulation for Integrated Design at the University of Idaho in Boise. The chosen applicant will lead the building simulation activities at the UI-IDL, a part of the College of Art and Architecture with close collaboration with the College of Engineering in Boise, ID. The UI-IDL comprises 15 faculty, research staff, and graduate students of architecture and mechanical engineering working on energy efficiency, high performance buildings, and human factors research and outreach. Boise is a growing community in the Intermountain West with excellent access to most western cities. The position offers established opportunities to collaborate with several universities in the Pacific Northwest.
