Indoor Swimming Pool and Kitchen

Dear All,
I am doing energy modeling for an existing community club house. There is a indoor swimming pool space with dehumidifier unit and kitchen with exhaust hood & make up air unit.
Does anyone know how to create energy modeling input for indoor swimming pool and kitchen with all gas cooking equipment?
