*Sept. 17: Indoor Air Quality Simulation Software and Application to
Aerosol Transport - IBPSA-USA Education Committee*

This two-part presentation introduces the indoor air quality modeling
software CONTAM and the web-based tool FaTIMA for modeling the Fate and
Transport of Indoor Microbiological Aerosols. These publicly available
tools are developed by the National Institute of Standards and Technology
(NIST). *Approved for 1 AIA HSW Learning Unit.*

*Sept. 24: Machine Learning for Daylighting: Predicting Long-term
Luminance Maps Using Deep Neural Networks - IBPSA-USA Research Committee*

In this Research Committee talk, we will present a novel data-driven
machine learning approach that makes annual luminance-based evaluations
more efficient and accessible. The methodology is based on predicting the
annual panoramic luminance maps from a limited number of point-in-time high
dynamic range imagery by utilizing a deep neural network (DNN).

*Sept. 29: Performance Based Compliance Documentation for ASHRAE 90.1
Section 11 and Appendix G - DOE Training*

This 2-hour training focuses on ASHRAE Standard 90.1 reporting requirements
applicable to performance-based projects and covers the documentation that
must be submitted to code officials and administrators of above-code
programs.
