Hi everyone,

I'm modeling a pretty standard VAV system. The system has an ERV with a
preheat H/C on the OA, a cooling coil and a heating coil supplying 55F
air. There are reheat coils in the zones, as well as baseboard heaters
where required. The system runs continuously.

When I look at the SS-C report, the monthly "hours coincident cool-heat
load" is every hour for each month.

I doubt this is correct but am not sure how to investigate - any
suggestions?
