First time I tried this in eQuest.
The tree diagram allows one to create an ON/OFF DAY Schedule for outdoor lighting (according to the DOE-2 online reference manual).
However, if you wish to put this into an EXTERNAL-ELEC-METER configuration, you are required to use a MULTIPLIER schedule.
How do I resolve this?
