Building obstruction

Dear all,
I have to calculate the peak load for a room located on the ground floor of
a building in a narrow street.
How can I take into account the shading from the buildings located on the
other side of the street ?

Best regards.

Re-sending to share with the rest of the group. I'm curious what others have to say about my approach.

If the exterior wall is in full shade all day model it as North
exposure, that way it will receive only diffuse solar. That of course if
it's located in northern hemisphere, if in southern hemisphere model as
South exposure.
