Hi Eleni,

You could define exhaust fan through zone outdoor tab, you have to define
exhaust rates for exhausted zones along with fan power or system pressure
and fan efficiency.

In case you have heat recovery (reclaim) between exhaust air and outdoor
air streams, you could define the total exhaust rate along with total
outdoor rate at heat recovery level with their fans power or system
pressure and efficiency.

5 F supply air temperature reset could be defined at system cooling tab,
coil capacity/control tab. Define the cool control (Reset) then define the
cool reset schedule in which you will define 5 F reset for the supply
temperature (e.g. 55 F at high ambient temp. to 60 F at low ambient temp.)

Hope this help you!
