I just installed eQuest for a single user.

When I try to create a new project and click on the Schematic Design Wizard, I get the following error message:

Required file not found: [files] RulesetFile -> C:\Documents and Settings\melindas\My Documents\eQUEST 3-64 Data\Wizard\Rules.bin

I checked, and the file is there. I completely uninstalled eQuest and reinstalled and the error message still pops up.

I am running Windows XP Professional. Are there any known errors for users of Windows XP?

Does anybody have any ideas about how to fix the problem?
