Equipment Loads

Hello all, happy Friday.

I have a model that has a commercial grade washer and dryer in a space. I have no equipment information. Can anyone give me some heat load estimates for these types of equipment? It doesn't have to be perfect, I just need to account for some heat load.

I appreciate your help,

Hello Luke,

Try with ASHRAE Fundamentals 2005 , Ch 30. Look for Internal heat gains for appliances.
If there is no specific info for washer & drier, pick similar appliances and use the data for your calculations.
Hope this helps.

I have another problem calculating loads...

How can I determine how much energy an elevator consumes? I know the power
the elevator needs if it is in operation. But how can I estimate how many
times a day the elevator operates?

Any suggestions?

Freundliche Gr??e
