Hi All,
For one the project, I need to submit SV-A report to LEED for review
purpose. Can any one guide on, how to get this report separated from total
SIM file.
I tried with "Non hourly - load reports" but it didn't work.

You can copy/paste it into word and then create a .pdf file for it. Or you can "print page" for each separate system that you have and create PDF files that way.

These pages are numbered, so you can print to PDF the page ranges you want.
