Hours of heating and cooling load not met

I am currently doing a 2 story office building for LEED. One of the
requirements for documentation of LEED EAc1 is to document how many hours of
heating and cooling load are not met. Which reports indicate the number of
heating and cooling hours not met? Is the standard design that is described
on the compliance report using all the information for the minimum standards
for T-24 or ASHRAE 90.1?
Thank you in advance for your help.

Look at the SS-R reports for annual underheated hours. SS-F further
breaks it down by month.

Hi all,

I am finding huge numbers of unmet hours I tried to reduce that by changing reheat Delta T from 20 to 40 Degree, min design flow 0.5 to 1 cfm ,thermostat throttling range 2 to 4 & sizing ratio from 1 to 1.15 & 1.25 but we not able to get that number below 300 hrs could you please guide us from were we can deduce this unmet hours, I am attaching the unmet hours report.

Any help will be greatly appreciated
