Dear All.
I am getting the following warning while running equest, What needs to be
done to eliminate this error in the model?.
SPACE EL1 Core Spc (G.C39) has 0 delayed walls, 1 delayed floors and 0
delayed ceilings. There should be at least a delayed wall and floor, a
delayed wall and ceiling, or a delayed ceiling and floor for custom
weighting factors to be calculated. ASHRAE weighting factors with floor
weight of 70 lb/ft2 (342 kg/m2) will be used for this space. (lLineNum =
1000000)

Advance thanks for the help.

Kathiresan
Hi Kathiresan,
To eliminate this warning you have to double click on this space and go to
the content option then fill the minimum floor weight =70lb/ft?.
Window for your reference
Thanks
Ashu Gupta
Kathiresan,
Ashu's approach eliminates the warning.
But, the reason the warning occurs is overriding the layers input for walls, roof, floor to be a U-value override (user input). The layers input accounts for the time delay properties of the wall (think of it like a capacitor) while the U-value override only looks at the steady state heat transfer.
Thanks.

Evans/Ashu,
Thanks for the reply,
I want to keep the user feed U-value. In that case, is it acceptable if we
ignore the error message ?. or else what needs to be done to take care of
both the aspect (user value + no error message).
Please provide your inputs.
Also I am getting the following two more errors. Pls provide your inputs
as well.
MULTIPLIER in EL1 Core Zn (G.C80) has Expression Evaluation Error: Invalid
BDL reference
Line 17483: Thermal Zone: EL1 Core Pl Zn (G.C160)
Line 17489: Error Encountered:
EL1 Core Plnm (G.C81) was referenced on line 2143 but never defined.
