Hello Everyone! Can someone decipher the below error in eQUESt?

I am modeling a four-storey building by using separate shells for each
floor in DD Wizard. This specific error does not appear after finishing the
creation of first and second floor in DD Wizard. But when I finish the
creation of third or fourth floor, this error stars appearing. I am unable
to decode the source of this error.
