eQUEST-Buildings with Multiple Footprints

I am a relatively new user to eQUEST and am struggling with a few things. I was hoping someone could help me with modeling a building that has multiple footprints (like a wedding cake). I also do not know how to create roofs, ceilings, or floors that have different footprints than the spaces above or below them. I would appreciate any insight on anything pertaining to the above topics.

Thanks

You need to use the DD wizard and not the SD wizard. You will need to
create each differing footprint as a separate "shell". Then you need to
assign the shells correctly (ie...above previous shell). Also, make sure
you do not have roofs where they are not supposed to be on the lower
shells. You might need to manually edit the shape of the roofs of the lower
shells.
