What are reasons for occurrence of "coincident heating and cooling
hours" in the model SS-C and SS-E reports. What should be it's idle
value? What has to be done in order to eliminate it?
You must have an HVAC system that CAN perform coincident heating and cooling loads, such as a reheat system. You can minimize it by raisng the cooling set point for that type of system.
Does the economizer (based on temperature control) work with a DD-DF system in equest. Comparison between fixed and OA-temp economizer options do not show any change in energy consumption.

Doesn't an economizer on a real world double duct system throw air down BOTH ducts, saving cooling but increasing heating?
