I just ran your input file and the simulation stopped due to an error
that referred to the load management and equipment controls. I removed
the controls and the simulation runs with chiller operation shown in
PS-C. I would go back and check the chiller controls to make sure they
are properly input to the model. The help files are very good about
explaining load sharing and chiller staging.
