Hi Erik,
You can create individual heating and cooling thermostat schedules for each office. Pretty easy to do in detail mode. Go to the air-side HVAC tab and change the zone thermostat schedule to the new schedules you have created. I find it easier to copy the existing thermostat schedules as a starting point.
