Y?know, this looks like kind of a big deal, just skimming the summary bullets? If JJH reveal this on stage at an energy conference I?d expect something like a standing ovation!

Ok, Mr Nick who knows all, sees all..
Do you perceive in this version of eQUEST you can do BOTH VRF and DHW? Looked like they removed DHW to get algorithms for VRF.

Hi John,

I am not sure which build of 2.3 you had that did not allow both VRF and
DHW but you can certainly model both systems successfully in this build
7175 and they both worked in 7174 as well.

I have not tried to recover heat to the DHW from VRF if that is what you
are aiming to do but as independent systems I can confirm they simulate
in the same model.

Hi John,

Not sure what you mean just yet? but here?s a PV-A report showing that my first efforts in exploring VRF are simulating a wizard-borne DHW system at the same time ? everything is looking normal on that end:

Thanks, Nick. Makes me feel better. Think I saw something in online Doe2.com Help menu that said DHW had been disabled in this version. This z Version is probably going to be my "go to" version from now on.?
