When exiting the DD Wizard I've been getting an error message indicating a
bad argument was encountered. After clicking OK, the program does not appear
to rewrite the input file, and sometimes leaves the currently open project
as 'Untitled'. I exit the program and restart it, recalling my original
file, re-enter the wizard, and it seems most all my work is still there, but
it's a large model and I haven't checked it line for line. Does anyone know
why I am getting this error message and how to avoid it? Is this a bug in
the program or a bug in my input or wizard file? I am afraid of losing a lot
of work or further corrupting my input files. Help!
Thanks,
Rick Routh
Rick:
I have the same problem occasionally. I am running Windows 7. I have not
tracked it down completely, but it seems to happen more when I add or remove
zones from zone groups or rename shells or HVAC systems.

I'm not sure but I encourage you to Save As and use a new name frequently so
you've never gone too far without having a backup copy.
