How can I model car parking ventilation fans, toilets ventilation fans, storage rooms ventilation fans, building Facade lighting in Trace 700.

The easiest way is to set up all of those as a base utility in the plants
tab. The toilet fans may be easiest to do as a room exhaust fan, depending
on how your air balance works. The user's manual explains how to set up
both.
