Your Responsibilities/Description/Role:
Your role as the Energy Modeling Specialist for projects requiring LEED Certification, ASHRAE 90.1 compliance, and EPAct compliance. This is a new position for the company and you will get to work with other offices where these services are required, and develop the role as you grow.

You will be asked to provide energy model report samples at time of interview.

Requirements:

* BS Degree in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC emphasis)

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in ASHRAE 90.1 Energy Modeling calculations, Trane Trace Energy Modeling (or other modeling software) and/or LEED analysis associated with mechanical, plumbing, and control system design

* P.E.

* Computer Skills: Trane Trace 700, Trane System Analyzer

Preferences:

* Computer Skills: Revit, eQUEST, DOE-2, CHAP

* LEED, ASHRAE BEMP Certification, CxA Certification
